DLN is a non-profit, registered charity that receives support from many individuals, organizations and businesses. We used to be funded for the most part by the Dartmouth District School Board, but this is no longer the case. Since there is no committed core funding, each year we are in a 100% fund-raising position. Funds are obtained through private donations, grant applications and fund-raising activities.

DLN never makes its mailing or donor lists known to any third party.
Donating your Professional Services
DLN's offices are home to a number of recycled computers. If you are a computer equipment technician and you would be willing to donate your skills, we would be pleased to hear from you.
Donating equipment
Do you have a Pentium IV computer system you no longer use? an internal Modem? a colour monitor? a CD ROM drive? Speakers? Microphone? a Colour Inkjet/Laser Printer, a Scanner, a Plain Paper Fax Machine? Then, DLN would like to hear from you. We also need photocopy paper - legal and letter size.
Please consider donating your unwanted computer or office equipment/supplies to DLN. We will gladly provide you with a charitable tax receipt for the full value of the equipment/supplies. Equipment valuations can be arranged.
